RICHFIELD, Wis. (July 29, 2026) — AXCS Equipment announced the rollout of advanced, serial-specific QR code decals across select equipment lines. This digital enhancement is designed to provide operators and equipment owners with instant, targeted access to critical machine data and support resources directly from their mobile devices.
“We are constantly looking for new ways to maximize efficiency and support for our customers, and these updated QR codes are a perfect example of that commitment,” said Eric Liner, CEO of AXCS Equipment. “By linking directly to a machine’s specific serial number, we are drastically reducing the time it takes for both operators and owners to find the exact resources they need, keeping equipment maintained and jobsites productive.”
Building on the company’s initial introduction of custom QR codes in 2021, the new decals represent a significant digital upgrade. While the previous system provided general information covering an entire equipment series, the new QR codes identify the exact serial number of the machine. This intelligent routing allows users to skip several manual lookup steps on the website and guarantees the information provided is specific to that exact unit.
This precise connectivity delivers tailored benefits for every user on the jobsite. For operators and rental customers, a quick scan instantly pulls up the correct operation manual, pre-start inspections, and other vital safety resources.
For equipment owners and rental companies, the serial-specific codes streamline the entire maintenance and fleet management process. Service teams can quickly access exact service manuals, utilize the service bulletin lookup, and seamlessly shop for replacement parts that are guaranteed to fit that specific serial number. Additionally, the update allows users to create a service ticket automatically tied to the scanned machine and features a new feedback area to send comments directly to the manufacturer regarding that specific unit.
The updated QR code decals are already equipped on recently shipped machines, currently featured across the Pro Series and Zero Turn series models. Implementation across the EL and TH series is planned for a later date.
