RICHFIELD, Wis. (August 19, 2026) — AXCS Equipment, an industry leader in aerial lift and material handling equipment, is proud to announce the addition of Nic Dykman as the company’s new Southeast Regional Sales Manager. In his new role, Dykman will focus on strengthening relationships with existing customers, driving targeted sales growth, and pursuing strategic new business opportunities throughout the Southeast region.

Dykman brings 13 years of equipment and rental industry experience to AXCS Equipment, built entirely during his tenure with Herc Rentals. His background spans six years in sales, five years in operations, and two years as Fleet Solutions Manager overseeing fleet and OEM management. His broad expertise across sales, operations, and fleet account management gives him a comprehensive understanding of equipment lifecycle management and rental yard operations.
